Sous vide rib eye tlayuda, pork belly and string cheese
Tlayudas are a corn tortilla that is typical of the Central Valley region of Oaxaca, where it is usually prepared with a pork seat, quesillo, beans, roasted jerky, avocado and salsa.
Rib eye is the cut of the upper part of the ribs of the beef, without bone, but with natural fat. This is what gives it the special touch when eating it, because it is its delicacy that gives us that opportunity to enjoy it from start to finish.
Pork belly, is obtained from the belly of the pig. Which, if it is cut and cured, which gives a lot of flavor to the meat when it is cooked, especially, over low heat or in the oven.
