Porter house

This large cut is obtained from the back of the beef tenderloin. It is a meat with more marbling and produces a particular flavor. It is made up of a T-shaped bone that joins two well differentiated parts: the sirloin part and the Entrecote.

It is a cut width of around 3.5 centimeters which makes the Porter House the “King of the T-bone”
